Renzacci UK Plc is the UK distributor for Renzacci drycleaning and laundry equipment, Pony garment finishing equipment, Hawo packaging machinery, ACS garment conveying systems and Aeroqual air quality monitors.
Jason Alexander, Managing Director explains “we have a well known commitment to our customers to have a full compliment of genuine spare parts ‘on the shelf’, so that when needed, we are ready to supply these to our clients the same day if required”. Renzacci UK recently invested over £20,000 in upgrading our computer systems and centralising our spare parts stock control with enhanced features such as automatic re-ordering of spares if they fall below certain levels and continual monitoring of the fastest moving spare parts so that we are always “in stock”.
As a result of this commitment to Renzacci UK Plc’s infrastructure, being in stock of any particular genuine part is normal, and Renzacci UK Plc currently has over 2150 lines of spare parts available for dispatch from their West London warehouse.
In addition, the Solvent Emissions Directive, Guidance Notes 6(46)/04 requires drycleaners to have a supply of spare parts available either on site or available with minimum amount of delay. Renzacci UK Plc are able to cater for this requirement.
“We carry spare parts for all our machines, and parts are even available for machines that are over 20 years old”, continued Mr Alexander, “and if for some reason we don’t have a particular part in stock, we will do everything to ensure that it is dispatched to the client with the minimum of delay, even to the extent of having parts delivered direct to the client by express courier from the relevant factory by the following day.”
“What continually amazes me is how many times we come across customers who have bought different makes of machinery for their business from companies that simply do not have little or any spare parts for these machines in stock”, continued Mr Alexander.
“I recently came across a client that had to wait 2 weeks to get a computer replaced under warranty for her newly installed drycleaning machine which was bought from such a company. All this time the owner was losing money from express cleaning, same day cleaning by having to process work elsewhere. This scenario helps to demonstrate that when you purchase a machine, you should also look into whether that company has the spare parts available or customer service commitment if anything does go wrong.”
Furthermore, branded spare parts are essential for the running of your equipment. By purchasing such a genuine spare part, you can rest assured that the part is correct, designed to work with a particular machine and should give you a lot longer working time than a substitute part. A reliable, hard working machine is the backbone of your business and any down time costs money.
We also pride ourselves on the level of our telephone support and will always try to help a client solve a problem over the telphone rather than trying to generate a service call with subsequent charges. In addition we do not charge National or Premium rate call charges to contact our support team as some other companies do. We are here to support our clients, not to use this as an income generation tool first and support secondary.
