We have trained technicians available during our opening hours (usually 07:30 to 18:00 hr weekdays) to answer your calls and to help you try to resolve a problem over the telephone. The technician will talk to you in terms you can understand, so if you are not already a qualified electrician, mechanical engineer etc. you can be assured that a simple step by step explanation will put you right. Usually, we can solve or identify the cause of a problem within 5 minutes of a call being placed.
