The Pony CP-LAV/R1 is a purpose made Hot Head Laundry Press designed specifically for operators who want to be able to finish small items of linen or cottons to a very high standard.
Fresh to the market for Spring 2006, the automatic press CP-LAV/R1 is the culmination of extensive planning and consultation by Italian manufacturer Pony with its client base around the world.
Customer feedback asked for a machine that would finish cottons and linens to the highest possible standards. The result is a rectangular flat bed hot head laundry press with built in boiler ideal for flatwork including sheets, duvet covers and napkins.
CP-LAV/RI has dimensions of 1600 by 1300 by 1400 with the highly polished stainless steel hot head working surface of 1500 by 1200mm and the closing pressure of the head can be preset as can the automatic timer of the head closing.
An automatic head safety guard prevents the operator’s hands becoming trapped in the closing head, whilst an additional safety feature on the iron rest stops the head of the buck from being closed until the iron is in place on its rest, preventing the iron from becoming trapped.
