 Pony's presses are available with a large number of different buck shapes for varying applications. All presses are available with an built-in electric steam boiler as well as vacuums, spotting guns, etc. Pony finishing equipment is designed to reduce both operator fatigue and running costs whilst providing a fast output and high quality results.
Pony presses offer the user instant steam production from the bucks, as well as very light operation by using cleverly designed counterweights. Vacuum levels are very strong and, again, instantaneous. Using the finest materials and components, Pony presses are built to last, withstanding the most demanding of use.
Pony presses are available in three ranges, CP, BP and SP. While both are automatic, the CP and BP Presses differ. The CP presses are designed for high volume production, whilst the BP presses are designed for low to medium volume production. Automatic presses utilise compressed air to a pressure of 7 Bar. The SP range is manually operated, but reduces operator effort by using helpful counterlevers and springs.
