Pony garment formers are very versatile, ranging from the traditional basic former, allowing jackets and coats to be steamed and blown into shape, to the high tech unit used for stretching and forming.

All cycles have control over the steaming, relaxation (steam/air mix) and hot air blowing, and the models with the pneumatic clamping features have adjustable pressure controls.

Pony has recently upgraded its line of garment formers, now offering a unit constructed in Stainless Steel (AISI 304 grade). Variations on the basic MG former are pneumatic arm stretching, built in boiler (5 Litre or 20 Litre with varying powers) and a standard forming dummy.

Alternative dummies are available for different applications, and the application should be specified with the order. Ideas of shapes are the Maxi Bag, Baby Size, Pullover Former etc.
