It is hoped that staff may be able to find time on days 1 - 3, after the course finishes at around 5.00 pm, to discuss the days training and highlight any areas where they would like additional information or explanation. The course will be run on a very informal basis with staff being encouraged to ask questions as and when they arise. This may well mean that it is not possible to keep strictly to the above programme (in terms of the scheduled times) which is intended as a guide to the subject matter that will be covered.
