Renzacci UK was established in 1972 and quickly grew to be one of the UK’s foremost suppliers of drycleaning, finishing and laundry equipment.

 

A major part of this success is due to founder and Chairman George Alexander’s background as the owner of a chain of retail drycleaning shops and laundries.

Drycleaners and launders wanted excellent equipment, coupled to quick and efficient service and reliable after sales back up. And they wanted assurance that when they purchased an item of machinery, it was the beginning of a lasting partnership between supplier and client.

 

In Renzacci UK, they found a supplier with a hands-on experience and a service and operating philosophy based on fulfilling these wants.

 

Clients range from unit drycleaning shops to large multinational companies.

 

From the very beginning a relationship was forged with internationally acclaimed manufacturers Renzacci Spa and Pony Spa that continues to the present day.

In 1992, Jason Alexander, after graduating from Kings College, University of London, joined Renzacci UK, and in 1995, he was promoted to Managing Director and is now responsible for the day to day running of this successful company.

 

1995 also saw the incorporation of Renzacci UK as a public limited company (PLC) and since then, Renzacci UK Plc has gone from strength to strength.

 

1996 was an eventful year and saw two other famous brand names included in Renzacci UK Plc's portfolio of equipment, ACS Garment Conveyors and Hawo packaging equipment.

 

In 2005, Renzacci secured the Master Distributorship of Aeroqual Gas Monitoring Equipment.

 

The company’s commitment to equipment excellence and enhanced customer service is underlined by a continuing programme of capital investment and Renzacci UK Plc is now the oldest independently owned supplier of drycleaning equipment in the UK.

 

Renzacci UK Plc is a Member of the TSA (Textile Services Association) and SLEAT (Society of Laundry Engineers and Allies Trades) and Managing Director, Jason Alexander sits on the SLEAT Council and is Chairman of the Drycleaning Sector Committee as well as being a member of the TSA Retail Services Committee.
